Thats what i was thinking as well. Because the Title is not valid, then AVQ need to obtain a license issued by the SI government that has the support of all indiginous owners of the land covering Isabel.
Anyone thinking that this will be a quick resolution are kidding themselves, unless there is a clear understanding of who is the accepted customary owners, and they have a clear idea of what they want out of Isabel. However, after recognising this, AVQ are surely the company that will be granted the license, its just a matter of when the recognised customary owners are willing to work with the SI govt to issue the permits
