All well and good having property management groups trialling the management side of things, but how do potential renters get access to the platform? How did they trial the first version with renters?
They said they had processed 9,000 transactions (listings) since launching in 2014 but there has been no revenue over this period?
Are there any details regarding the contracts with the property management groups? Do they have to offer rents specifically via the LiveOffer platform which would force renters to use the platform or can they still be processed via traditional means?
