I don't recall ever saying that only one of the two companies will thrive. I'm pretty confident that both companies will do well considering the size of demand at the moment. However, I find it absurd that some people are saying that A2 and BAL are not competitors just because they have two different points of competitive edge. Fact of the matter is that the two companies are competing for larger market share both domestically and internationally.
Your comparison to grain farms is a little far-fetched considering that both products are of quality (incomparable to flour). Anyway...no point arguing about whether or not competition exists between the two companies, because it does, but that's not to say that only one will come out as the winner.
