For scenario one to work, it requires the premise that sgh are able to be profitable. At the moment sgh aren't profitable. The real question is, how much more money are the banks willing to waste in waiting for sgh to turn profitable.
Scenario two also assumes that other banks or entities will finance sgh. Sgh has done itself by screwing over the biggest banks in aus, good luck finding a bank that will fund it. Other remedies would be at huge detriment to sgh.
