I'm gonna play Devils advocate here and say that they released the 2nd Ann (marked price sensitive) cause the 1st failed to get the SP reaction they wanted. SP needs to be pushed up if they are to raise capital without totally degrading shareholder value. Just my cynical side thinking out loud. For the record, I'll happily chip in if they raise.
