The ANN read to me that they had some whingy clients that had some issues (prob non standard or outdated phone/operating systems). Some software companies will push on and hope that the complainers get ignored amongst the noise of happy clients. In NOR's case, it seems that they have customer focus and have been dealing with these issues before pushing harder to the next level. This would have def had a slow down in revenue if they are relying on momentum.

I'm not concerned about this aspect, having 4 mil users downloading their act is quite a feat in a short period; this is what interests me. This plus upcoming Olympics - if they get the right advertising in place for this, this will go viral.
