I missed the arrangement with Amcom and Novum. Can someone clarify if this an actual signing of an agreement to purchase DUB services or simply saying you can put DUB on their network? I thought that Amcom was the same as M2/Commander who have been partners with DUB since July 2015. I see good sign-ups here (not great, but definitely good enough) in last 3 months. This is good providing the MOUs convert to actual contracts, and contracts convert to actual subscribers. With all the buzz and fizzle around each announcement they key is the next 4C due in about 5 weeks. The 4C should show a big chunk ‘Which Bank?’ project revenue (let’s say 850k, half of the 1.7m reported), and also a big revenue increase from subscriptions. The last official numbers reported in OCT15 had 5,000 subscribers, by now DUB should be billing the 3,000 sign-ups from BlueIP and Voice Factory, and also previous subscribers signed up between the SEP and DEC quarters, so we should have been billing at least 10,000 subscriptions by now. At $6 per month this should generate revenues anywhere between 145k and 200k booked. If you read the reports at face value and believe it word for word we should be seeing minimum 1m in receipts from customers (warning! this is mostly once-off project revenue) however I am predicting closer to 600k in receipts. We need to watch the revenue receipts from subscribers 34k JUN15, 43k SEP15, 100k DEC15 (130k, less estimate of 30k of initial bank project revenue) and ???k MAR16.
