AHF has a condition in it's contract of sale for CDC from ADF.
It is up to ADF to meet that condition and that may well be the lease agreement between CDC and Aqueous Corporation. So it is essentially out of AHF hands at this point and between ADF and Aqueous Corporation and AHF indicated in a past announcement it had flexibility of time. So it is giving ADF time to address that condition and even if ADF are unable to meet that condition AHF has the ability to relinquish the condition and still settle on the purchase of CDC.
I would sit tight and be patient like the AHF Directors are doing.
Expect some substantial notes to be lodged soon as well as the AHF Directors convert their own loyalty options. If the notices are not lodged by the 5th April or no other news perhaps then start to panic slightly.
