Really?

Whilst this announcement is a step forward & "if" it comes off fantastic for noteholders (I am one) it does not answer some very basic questions, or justify the actions of the board or, demonstrate any real hope for shareholders.

Why in gods name if JC paid off his loan would this not be announced to the market. He reads these forums & surely it would have taken some pressure off. All of this could have been revealed months ago, particularly because the company was in suspension.

In my opinion disclosure is everything for a public company, I get the feel that the major noteholders that are dealing with the board have forced the company to release this update, the company has not done it of their own volition & it should have been done months ago, when people were trading this stock from 10c to 50c.

Shareholders have been completely screwed, kept in the dark & to be honest misled in their investing.

This latest "arrangement" is totally skewed to noteholders, basically because the company has a gun to its head. I feel that a further resolution should be added to the meeting around a vote of confidence in the board. Could the noteholders force this? It would take the threat of administration away as well as getting the incompetent board out of the way.

their decision to buy back shares after the sale of SS instead of buying notes is unbelievable. Was JC thinking of his shareholding or shareholders in general & the future liquidity of the company. I think the former.

I can not see any value being left for shareholders should these resolutions/ amendments be passed. Whilst I am a noteholders the actions of this board cannot be ignored & they should be brought to account.

long rant, sorry, but these guys keep getting away with, in anyone's reasoning, extremely poor behaviour for public company directors & still continue to pull $1M salaries whilst the company is close to insolvent & shareholder value is zero. I personally would like to see administration & prosecution of directors.
