Bne sticking to the medical field, i guess they are trying to stay in their comfort zone despite their previous failings as a bio. I guess their failure to change industry to geospatial mapping may have had some influence in this choice of acquisiton. On the plus side, perhaps they may be able to claim prior losses as future tax offsets.
