Actually that's a mistake. He is legally not allowed to sell or buy if there is news which is unexpected by the market within the next 4 weeks. So if PSF does announce something unexpected we would have a very good class action suit case

In other words, it's likely he sold for other reasons. Guessing what they are is pointless. Chart looks good.
