I have been constantly "bleating" that LOK shares bought here in OZ (mostly at a discount, too) have then been "sold" back into LOOK on the Nasdaq, (Thereby, effectivly "shorting" the SP value on BOTH exchanges).
This has been scoffed at by some.
Well, doubters need look no further than below.
Prior to the reverse split: 8th of October, 2004
The consolidation will reduce the number of CDI’s on issue from approximately 280 million currently, down to approximately, 14 million. – WOW !!
When you divide these by "five", we then get 2.8M CDI's (Chess Depository Interest) shares equal to LOOK shares, & can be traded on the Nasdaq accordingly.
