Hoji clearly has a lot of insider information on this, so perhaps he can tell us what is happening with the ASIC case. Is it progressing? These normally take a long time to resolve, but perhaps he can keep us informed on progress.

If it ends up it wasn't illegal, but merely sharp practice. Well sad as it is, most of the entrepreneurs out there aren't ethical. If you want ethical investments, they do exist but for most of dabbling at the smaller end, it is pretty shark infested waters.

The share price has gone down a lot, but given the general drop in the share market since June 2015 and the uncertainty caused by the Medicare reviews to be expected and it has been a great buying opportunity. The Bond issue isn't extra debt, it replaces Bank debt and the company appears to be battening down the hatches, reducing debt and calling a halt to extra acquisitions. It is still making a profit and if referrals are normalising profit will increase, so I am happy to be patient and wait.
