This one has me curious!

On th 8th of June SEL exercised 56m shares @ 27.c/ share after having sold 44m earlier.

On the 9th of June WEB followed with "Webjet and S8 Complete Internet Property Distribution Deal"

As far as I know SEL still retains 56m shares in WEB (17%+).

I wouldn't be surprised to see a SEL make a t/o offer for WEB.
