Sure IMHO. to start with, why us. AWE with their broad connections etc have chosen to do a deal with us, main driver is Dougal, the new MD. a finance guy, not an oiler, to me the best kind. Reminds me a bit of a Reg Nelson after having a few chats with D. So, anyhow, since late October this is still going on, if AWE wanted to either call in the deposit or cancel the deal. they would have done it by now.
Of course getting this over the line is a big task for D as apposed to other oilers with more cash. Buru here in Perth comes to mind. Speaking of which, why not Eric?? E& D worked together along time ago, these people all know each other....seems to me AWE want D to have CF.
We are now at the regulatory stage and I think every other box has been ticked, including the finance. DYOR.
SP wise, I think if CF goes through we will touch 2c.Considering there are other oilers out there getting the same volumes of oil that we will get are trading higher, 2c is pretty low since it gives us cash flow instantly. Cost of production has gone down a bit and is below $40/b. As long as POO gets close to $50, we'll be fine.
I have also spoken with D a few times and he's very approachable and busy so he cant talk for hours but is helpful and confident.
guys like D get deals done and i'm backing this with my $40k at .1c and none are for sale,
