Also, Discovery Fund never went past 4.99%, otherwise they needed to give the company notice as per the filings once again! Why do people think the shorts have had a great time covering on the cheap!!!
Jeez I can't wait until we get a fully comprehensive update so that these sorts of things can be put to rest, although they can be with a simple reading of the filed documents.
What can't be read is the position of the company and where contracts are at with regards to production, I hear we are going to get that, I'll believe it when I see it!
