Really? I was unaware ACA had made the announcement of going ahead with the class action... Can't find it in their list of current class actions... I've seen media reports for pondering a class action... and I ponder many things! They probably pondered it right up untill ASIC cleared them of any wrong doing in relation to SGH's financial reports
