Who benefits from a falling SP?

I always get suspicious when I see X trades and the SP falling. Being a company of honour and integrity I doubt that NKP Management would resort to using a broker to keep the SP low in order to make an offer to the minorities look significant relative to the past X days of trading. Maybe as an alternative thought, it is NKP management getting concerned about their future and are off loading their holdings or ....

All other suggestions on what might be causing the SP to fall will be given my full consideration
