Gday Mr Dollar,
If you have a read thru this year's announcements you will see that they have underwritten an entitlement issue to the tune of 300k (Jan),became a substantial holder in March (and a position on the board I believe) and at some stage they also provided funds to WTE to purchase Sep 2004 convertible notes excercisable at 0.9c from memory.

I don't hold but did a little research a while back.
