'My fellow Board Members, there's a genius in this business called Quindell devised by Rob Terry, a man of many talents. As is well known, the UK is the "whiplash fraud capital of the world". He has developed this profitable fraudulent claims niche into three main sub-sectors:
- "crash for cash"
- "grossly exaggerated claims"
- "completely invented cases"
As you will see from my PowerPoint he is losing money on this so far in the PSD, but if we can just attract even more fraudulent claims and settle these claims wth insurers much faster, we will turn this business into a bonanza for SGH. Hence I recommend $1.3b as a purchase price. About $1b more than they were hoping, I know, but think of this extra as a bonus for the sheer genius involved.'

How dare the UK government reform legislation in the "whiplash fraud capital of the world" to curtail whiplash fraud when we have just bought a business dependent on whiplash fraud cases?! It's a scandal! Let's all write letters to the editors of the papers in the UK and demand that UK remains the whiplash fraud capital of the world!
