Even if it was 100% dillution i think it would still be a buy. Double the shares on issue and you have about the same as 88E and look where that is and where its going. Fact is PGY has a potential resource and not enough money to exploit it(but no debt either, importantly). Dillution in some form was always going to happen to go forward.
