David Hicks joined the Taliban. He admits it. He's been photographed holding grenade launchers. OK, he was probabaly bored and was looking for direction in life. But to join in on someone else's fight....to want to kill other people. Unbelievable and unforgivable. What did he expect?? David: its called "consequences"...enjoy them courtesy of the US taxpayer. Once he gets out and writes his book he'll see a payoff.
As for Michael Mori: he's a professional looking after his client. Denton asked him if his career is over. Methinks it'll get a great boost. Most lawyers in the services don't stay for very long--they can earn much more in private practice. A bit of publicity is a good start.
