    Indi,
You are right on this one.
There is little point of a class action unless a company is in liquidation or receivership.
As the Shareholders have to pay both sides of the courtroom legal teams (Directors defend themselves with Company $$$)
AS has been way out of his depth & made also emotional mistakes as he was over invested in the company he "ran"
& the board have proven to be a team of yes directors.
Personally I lay blame on Cayman Conned Note with CFO Hastings & Legal Team.
It was his/their job & turned out to be an expensive Fug Up.

Lets give the "new" company some time to get the ship back on course.

    Indi,
Been reading your posts for what seems like many years now, you are one of our most esteemed ,respected posters here, but for the life of me
I don't understand why you have a sell rating on a stock you Hold..!!

    In any case,
    I & many other LT holders clearly do enjoy reading your posts as most are informative,well researched & you clearly have industry credentials but perhaps are also like many here ;
    emotions are taking over.
We are all sitting on heavy paper losses at this point with UNI.
As the great Peter Lynch said on many occasions,
the most important element for investing is a strong stomach..

A recent post wrote (forgotten who),
If we have the stomach & nerves to get through the past 6 months,
    we can get through anything..

Just gotta be patient & as the great golfer Walter Hagen famously said,
"smell the flowers along the way"..

    Take it easy,
    Best,
    SG.
