Looks like they were planning to release on 21st a Monday but felt the pressure of a tanking SP?
But one gridComm shareholder continuing to play funny buggers so they clarified for the market the situation and removed the statement all parties have executed the SSA.
Market not happy with lack of certainty it appears.
