They haven't actually sold yet. They have, however, very clearly signalled their intentions. My observation is that AIZ have probably been leading a push to dispose of Borghetti as CEO and get the profitability of VAH up whilst the fuel price is good. The must have been outvoted and are now signalling their displeasure.
