I tend to disagree. When the price closed at 3.3 cents it was already known how many shares would be on issue. Already priced in, so the question on opening is what announcements will come in (chippie, signed contracts leading to revenue) and what are people willing to pay since the CR/book build was oversubscribed to get the 'fill' they wanted. If the announcements that come with relisting are the ones we expect, expect price to be above 3.3 cents, if relisting doesn't come with anything then price will fall given the expectations. But I say management ain't dumb and announcements will come - predict a 4.9 cents close on first day of trading (so assuming good news to come on relisting).
By the way why would you have a buy rating if you think the price will sink to 1.5c.
