DIVIDEND: CBL: CBL Announces Maiden Dividend

I take great pleasure in announcing today that CBL Corporation will pay a
maiden dividend for the 12 months ending 31 December 2015 of NZD 4.5 cents
per share, fully imputed.

The dividend will be in two parts:

1) a special dividend of NZD 1.8 cents per share to reflect the pre IPO,
first half of 2015;

2) a final dividend of NZD 2.7 cents per share
The record date for the dividends is 15 April 2016 and the dividend paid on
22 April 2016.

Please note shareholders who participated in the IPO on the 13 October 2015,
or acquired shares subsequently and are holders on the record date, will
receive the benefit of this special dividend, as no pre IPO interim dividend
was declared and paid.
