If it is to be CR then I think its appalling. After holding for years we finally get some good news and have a reason to be optimistic about the future and then they go and dilute the stock even further. As far as "getting in for a good price" we had months and years of the sp below .01, so its not a good news or a good deal, it stinks. Its all about the company getting more $ while long term share holders get their holdings diluted.
