How do you go UG for 18 mil ?? I suspect that this figure even the LOM 7-8 Years Cap ex of 34 mil is very low - however I believe the LOM will increase and add value for us.
Correct me if I am wrong but wasnt their Admin costs 18 mil ?
I think these figures are cut to the bone and will not be realistic - not saying the project wont be a success, but I think that the figures have been produced by an accountant.
