I think it's a catch 22. Let's face it the mkt is still bad for resource stocks but we have managed to attract parties to the table. Clearly they want the project for a steal. What does the Board do, let it go for nothing and us long termers get screwed or try and extract value out of a deal? Clearly they r choosing the latter option but that means raising cash and further dilution (the catch 22)
Apparently some parties r advanced but u wouldn't know it would u!
