they just received a "welcome to being a shareholder of PSF", which is a standard piece of mail you receive when you become a new shareholder in a company... it's just 2 pages of "go here to register your details"
notice of shareholder meeting to approve acquisition will probably be a 20+ page document, that will get released as an announcement
