You might be right however when I trade on market behaviour i tend to see the underlying sentiment behind the stock. This company might not have proved that it was positive on the upside however when market behaviour seems strong and past indicators show potential and TA proves arguably the same then you move into a position accordingly. I never believe in stocks long term as it can flop as we have seen. DSH.ax was another great example. Gunns Timber another one. Despite applying TA, FA or QA (quantitative analysis) market behaviour seems to be the most accurate assessment on how the stock performs or will perform.
