A bit dramatic! The Thai loan of 100 mill is secured by their infrastructure of Akara resources so if they went down the banks get the mine but they will have 50 mill in the bank outside of Thailand as KCN is listed on the ASX. This would be the absolute worst case scenario. I don't know why they sold Challenger at 1 mill it was producing quite well. The goal would be to piss off Chatree and take over a quality junior.
