Based on the excluded proxies for Resolution 1, it seems to me that the outcome of the remaining Resolutions was determined by a handful of large shareholders (perhaps only 1). Not sure where all the cheer squad votes were given the punters that proliferate HC on a daily basis. Perhaps they all sold out in the run up to the court decision and were no longer eligible to vote. Seems very odd to me.

Anyway look forward to reading about AVQ's next installment of challenges in the epic battle to gain control of the nickel project in the morning.
