The reason i am holding is that ZIP has proved its 2G compatible technology to be real from the SDA agreement. lots of potentials they could start to work on:

@ work with companies like MIG who runs big part of the businesses in subcontinents.Inida,etc.
@find more corportate level white label opportunities like SDA
@ seek potentials with big telcos to improve their network coverage within short terms -- covering their 3G blind points even in local oz markets.
