Will ASIC (sort of toothless tiger) intent to go after the culprits responsible for this mess ??
The main culprit is the two dicks WM - irrational & idiotic decision making - shares buy back when money is needed to develop the mine, HK listing hoo haa, money wasted drilling in very close spacing, bought mining gear prematurely and rusting away, shares dilution inititives and lots of cart in front the horse stuff over the years.
Having said that, I suppose there is no law against stupidity
