re: i am out of tls Good call. It was a big stress but wrongfooting the mob is the way to go. I thought that it was well and truly factored in by all that the TLS result would surprise to the upside.

I also believe that John Howard gave us Optus and the others and was absolutely determined not to interfere with the regulator and I believed that the ULL would be a major problem.

I am glad to be out. I nearly stepped in and clouted the 367 this morning but changed my mind. It's on my screen.

Funny this morning I rang to switch my Vodafone Mobile Connect to TLS and the call centre person was hopeless and the service was slack and I waited 10mins and quit.

Don't believe too strongly in the fibre cable dream, in the US everyone is happy enough with their cable and satellite tv and adsl does the job for AT&T. I went and took a look as part of my research.

TLS is best in the Future Fund with David Murray to help and in the end has a massive market advantage.
Such a complicated stock. Perfect for trading.

One thing: the ACCC will never give in and nor will the government on regulation. I have proceeded on that basis.
