vol dropping good or bad

Now that vol has dropped back to more normal levels does that mean the dumping has finished, it's obvious that a couple in the top 20 dumped a lot.

So will that now mean that it could rise give good updates as they come to hand or if a large buyer comes in.

Your thoughts, I see more upside than downside by a long way.
