App Release Date Missed, page-11

Not enough due diligence? Please point me to another unreleased App that represents an entire listed company and is valued at $19million. This is a spec stock based on an unreleased and unheard of App at this stage, based on just one single product, that not one of us has seen or know of anyone who has. Due diligence huh? Hahaha.

I also have a project management background, and this is hardly some checkpoint in a project cycle, this is the entire business right here. The company informed the market of the release date for that entire business, and missed it completely, without a whisper, other than a tanking SP which on a company at this stage of its life is the only information you have to assess its viability. Smart money getting out? It isn't being shorted.

We are not talking a mass manufactured product off the shelf that if there are bugs needs to be recalled to correct. This is an App, that can be updated constantly to iron out any bugs.

The market releases so far indicate the product has significantly been "derisked" through Beta testing etc and partnerships and agreements in place. Yet the SP has it back to before all that, and we have heard nothing of the imminent release and even less in the shape of marketing on the platforms we are relying on to monetise.

This is a very high risk stock in its very early days, little failures to fire at this stage of the company cycle are critical and a failure to update the market just smacks of arrogance in my opinion. I am investor, not a cheer squad, and I like to see my money working for me. The company need to be keeping investors informed, all we have so far are hypotheticals yet to be validated.
