You're not the only one. I'm averaging 24.8 here. That's only under 25 due to picking some up last Friday at 23.5 like you just did today. Now it's 23. I really think the refinance news (assuming its imminent?) will get us back over 25.
Back in mid Jan it spiked from these levels right up to 30.
I'm no expert, but at these prices I can't afford to sell so my decision is easy... Stay the course.
