Ok, so here is the scenario in play (speculation, of course).

Benitec is in news lock down. We are still waiting for an announcement about the AMD vector. No CEO has been appointed despite the passage of four months.

The Storm

Benitec to merge with 4D Molecular Therapies!
The market seems to like RNAi/Gene Therapy companies with proprietary delivery technology, so a merger would make sense.
4D will get a backdoor listing on the NASDAQ.
Sabby will front a capital raising to put more funds into the new company.
Existing Benitec shareholders will get one share in the new company for every four shares held.
Head office of the new company located in the USA.
New company to be called DNA Therapy Vectors.

News to be announced once Sabby has completed the financing arrangements. Minority shareholders can like it or lump it.
