Hi Jaded, yes transparency is a big issue, particularly now for TON. Always difficult to know who's who on forums, the big guys all seem to know who everyone is but us "little" fish have to battle through the minefield.

Who follows me, must admit I have no idea who half of them are, I assume they follow me for entertainment value. And to keep our new "shareholder" @Sharls happy, I even had one of those blue star types following me until just recently, again I assume for entertainment purposes. So does that rank me up there with Melua, lol.

Anyway, I will give some consideration to your request, perhaps I will change it to allow people I follow to access it, but would then need to add you to my select list of people I follow, but as you know, I do follow your posts on TON and other G forums anyway so you may be a worthy addition to my list.

Anyway, gave your post a TU, but you already know that.

Onto TON, so no dual listing you think and a broker "upgrade" all sounds positive that some comeback is possible.

The Sheffield " debt" that they tried on at the creditors meeting, do you think that was just to try and make things look worse than they are. Can't see how any of the Grafex payments can be classed as debts, not talking about the CGT as that is obviously a different issue all together.

Also the apparent non payment of last $1m odd to them is very interesting and obviously this decision rests with the current management as it was outlined in the prospectus that it was a priority payment item and should have been covered by the $4m raised. So why didn't they pay it and move to 90% and sort out CGT before paying anything for next 10%.
