    Blacktip and CTP both have take or pay contracts with NT P&W that are beyond its needs - it is paying but not taking to provide cash flow for emerging producers and share the risk.

    This is why IPL has bought gas from P&W.

    A bit of investigation of annual reports should reveal how much for each, oilman.
