re: rba interest rate target is 6.5 Disagree Leo - their 'target' is 6% or under but we'll probably see them raise it to 6.25% - after that the next move is down IMHO.
Have it on very good authority that the RBA is 'uncomfortable' with rates over 6% and will only push rates up again if they have to.
I would be VERY surprised to see 6.5% again in this cycle.
