Gave her about 4 x feedback, with the two main ones
#1 increasing risk of dropping out of ASX200 given the lowering of market cap and liquidity. If they can't maintain their market cap (due to falling SP) there is an increasing likelihood they'll get removed
#2. Increasing speculators hurting Bal's image, with market and potential with ASX 200 dropout, showing BAL is lacking control of its own reputation.
Also referenced BKL's maintenance of market confidence as "signs of strength" on negative sentiment, including the china tax. (ie: BKL's SP maintained while BAL's falling)
Other feedback was just links on sites not working.. not major but potential loss of sales...
