All the noise about how minority shareholders in Grafex will somehow be able to impose their will on TON in the event that we emerge from the VA, and sometime in the future secure a funding pathway to mine development, just don't make sense to me.
The Mozambique government would never allow that to happen - and any legal challenge would be settled quickly and in favor of the parties involved with mine development.
Firstly governments want the jobs and local investment in mine development. Governments want taxation revenues from a producing mine.
