If you are so utterly convinced that the EMA would give approval to PBT2 independently of the FDA, then ask yourself why hasn't that already happened? What's the holdup? Why the delay? Surely Prana have already made an application to the EMA? Nope.

FH has been led to understand that this WILL NOT occur until AFTER the FDA's decision.

What makes you think the "package of proof" has been presented to the FDA? I hope it has, but cant recall any indications that this has happened.
