A loss generating firm? 7 years in a row SGH has been able to make profit, this is the first half they had losses (not even a full year). So now its classified as a loss generating firm?.. okay....

So when would your ongoing CA end? Never, thats when.. You will always have someone intending to sue the firm, or any firm for that matter.. Once it is officially announced its a different story, it actually counts.

    Count remains at 0.

Thats like me saying, i believe that there is a risk that AG gets hit by a car (god forbid), as a result this is an ongoing risk and i shall never invest in SGH for that reason.. Get my point, its stupidity.

Besides, the market has priced this in, its priced in every risk, what they dont realise is that once the ASIC investigation was announced the firm lost 300mil in market cap.. No one seems to care, the fact.. To add to that, the PI changes in the UK have still not taken effect and its been like 6months since they announced it, add another 6, 12, 18 months, perhaps then it may come into effect, but until then lets classify it as an ongoing risk and not invest.. -_-
