    whats happening to CSR sp?

    market buy back everyday..yet sp seems to keep on falling.

    when should i buy back into csr?

    bought 260 last yr and sold at 4 to lock in profits..tho i still think csr is a solid stock.. people forget about their power plants

    advice pls..
