Xped hired a mob in the US known as EAS advisors to be their North American corporate advisors.

This is what they agreed to as part of their remuneration package:
7,500,000 unlisted options, with an exercise price of $0.07 subject to the 10 day volume weighted average price of Shares on ASX being not less than $0.07 at the time of exercise and expiring 24 months from allotment.

7,500,000 unlisted options, with an exercise price of $0.13 subject to the 10 day volume weighted average price of Shares on ASX being not less than $0.13 at the time of exercise and expiring 24 months from allotment.

For these guys to even get a cent out of this deal the company must be at least trading at over 7 cents.

When the price hits 7 cents though they will only have broken even on the first parcel, so they require the price to be well north of this mark, even the 13 cents mark to make any serious money.

Ask yourself - why would they have agreed to these terms given that these prices would result in Xped having a fully diluted market cap of hundreds of millions? Well that's easy, EAS would have a host of clients that understand Xped and the potential of the tech and will be willing to pay up to be involved with this company, because although it hasn't been stated much we all secretly know the end game here....

Xped is also paying EAS $10k a month as well to keep the lights on but agreed their big payday comes when the SP is above 13c for 10 days in a row.
